Ordering:
Payment is accepted via Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal. CMM Jewlery uses PayPal for credit card processing. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped in a timely fashion. Special orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy and will NOT use or sell your personal information. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. If you want to receive our newsletter with new products, information and special offers you must subscribe.

PayPal:
With respect to security: any and all financial information (credit card/bank account info) is collected through PayPal's secure server. CMM Jewelry does not see, store, or have access to your financial information.

Shipping:
CMM Jewelry offers $3.00 shipping to anywhere in continental U.S. via the USPS. All items are handmade, so please allow 1 week to process and ship your order. If an item should become unavailable after placing your order you will be notified. You will receive order and shipping email confirmations. All packages that are not insured are the responsibilty of the customer. We cannot issue refunds for packages not received. If you wish to insure your shipment, please send customerservice@CMMJewelry.com an email and we will let you know what the additional charge will be (this may vary due to the prevailing USPS package insurance rates). Additionally, when you check out please make note that you wish to insure you shipment in the 'Additional Notes' field.

Custom Pieces:
Custom orders usually take up to two weeks with standard shipping. If the custom order is for a special event or to match a specific color, CMM Jewelry will usually ask for a sample of the color or design to be sent to: customerservice@CMMJewelry.com

Estimates will be given, but the final cost will be dependent on the final product. Photos of the process can be sent in order to meet your expectations.

If you wish to request jewelry of a specific size to accommodate larger or smaller wrist/neck sizes you may do so by adding comments to the 'Additional Notes' section of the checkout page.
